New Softrack Surface for Equine Ring
Softrack is a premiere wax coated synthetic surface, specifically developed for competition arenas, gallops and racetracks. The Kent County Agricultural Society has asked the Company to install their system in a new outdoor arena which will be used as a warm up area approximately 33m x 40m.
The surface is manufactured using a high quality, washed industrial silica sand, this is then reinforced with geotextile and polypropylene fibres. The whole mix is then coated with a wax binder specially developed for Softrack.
The blend of fibres used in Softrack, provide a unique root structure that keeps the horse working on top and gives a high energy return. Softrack is tailor made for all disciplines of the sport. It provides the following qualities and is instantly ready to use after installation, does not require watering, is dust free with minimal kickback, long lasting and low maintenance. The Society hope that this new surface will prove to be an excellent addition to the Equine portfolio.
